Leslie Feinberg

Leslie Feinberg was born September 1, 1949. Leslie is a historian and author as well as a long term activist for LGBT rights. 'Curve'magazine has called Leslie one of the 15 most influential people in the fight for equal rights.
Leslie has earned a number of literary awards including the American Library Association Gay and Lesbian Literature Award, the Lambda Literary Award, and the Firecracker Alternative Book Award. The book,Stone Butch Blues , has been translated into seven languages.
Leslie Feinberg is a national leader of Workers World Party, and a managing editor of Workers World newspaper.
