Gender presentation is the totality of the physical cues (visible and invisible) and actions which are percieved by others to declare a person's gender. Gender presentation is highly flexible (it does not rely on expensive surgery) and may be varied for a wide variety of reasons.
The change of gender presentation can readily be accomplished partly through a change of clothes and appropriate makeup. With modulation of voice and affect, the person can effect a convincing change in gender presentation.
