Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act

The Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA) is a piece of legislation pending in New York state to protect the rights of those who are perceived to express their gender differently, including transgender people.
The current status (2008-11-03) is that it has been approved by the NY Assembly and needs to be passed by the NY Senate.
