The term en femme is used in the transgender community, usually by male crossdressers, to describe wearing feminine clothing or expressing a feminine personality. The term is derived from the French, meaning literally "as a woman". Most crossdressers also use a femme (female) name whilst en femme.

Many transgender organizations hold en femme events, including holidays and cruises (such as the annual Tri-Ess "Holiday En Femme").

EnFemme is the name of a magazine for crossdressers which was published between 1987 and 1991.
